As you know our GIY bags contain our living material. Because we can't verify if proper storage conditions were adhered to after leaving our Foundry, we do not accept returns, as there is no way to guarantee the bag is viable. In addition, we would not resell your bag to another individual. We produce new batches weekly and our customers deserve the freshest growth.
However, if your material had poor growth please contact us directly with information and images. We are happy to help distinguish if it is our material or a missed step in the growth instructions.
If our batch appears to be flawed we will refund the full amount and ship the freshest GIY batch as a replacement.
